ORDER FULFILLMENT AND HANDLING TIME
Handling time: upon confirmed payment in-stock items will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays/weekends)
Once your items are shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking information.
If there are any issues or delays you will be notified by email.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are items currently not available but will be as of release date.
Pre-order reserves the item for the customer and will be shipped out on its release date.
Customers will be notified via email once their items are shipped with tracking information.


SHIPPING DELAYS

During Sales/Promotions and Holidays

Due to the volume of items processed during this time please allow additional days for shipping

Customs Delays (International shipments)

You may experience some delays with receiving your shipment should your package be inspected by customs agents in your country.  Azul Rose has no control over the duration of the hold.  You must contact your customs agency in your country for updates.

 

TAXES/DUTIES/FEES

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the customers responsibility.
Azul Rose is governed by law to declare the full amount of your package.  We cannot alter/modify this amount to alleviate any customs charges that may be incurred due to your country's customs rules.
Azul Rose cannot take responsibility and has no control over customs/taxes/broker fees applied to your package by your country.  Customs policy differ per country.
If you refuse your package you will be responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees and taxes as well as the return shipping charge to Azul Rose.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.  In the event that the amount exceeds your total payment of your merchandise the package will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

 

CURRENCY

Currency is in Canadian Dollars. The banking institution that issued your credit card determines the currency rate at the time of your purchase.

If there are specific pieces or items that you are interested in that we do not carry please to let us know and we will try our best to find you the right pieces that you need.
